We want you to absolutely love your Krets gear. If it's not quite right, don't worry – we've got you covered with our 3 Day Return Policy.

 

Here's what you need to know:

• Your item should be in the same condition as when it arrived – unworn and with all tags intact.
• If 3 Days have passed since delivery or the item shows signs of wear, we won't be able to process your return.
• Once we receive your return and it passes Quality Checks, we'll refund you within 7-10 business days.
  
• All Return/Exchange Shipping Costs must be borne by the customer or will be deducted from the Refund if applicable
• Orders placed during Special Sale Events such as Black Friday, Flash Sales etc. may not be eligible for return, However for issues such as size mismatch, defective products etc returns will be offered. Free Exchanges will be offered within 3 Days of delivery with no questions asked
